Payment can be made 24 hours a day online using our secure credit card payment facility. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
FREE standard delivery on orders over £50 within the UK.
£3.95 standard delivery on orders under £50 within the UK.
£5.95 Next Day delivery within the UK. Please order before 12pm Monday-Friday for next working day delivery, excluding bank holidays and weekends. (Service available for Mainland UK only).
£7.80 International Delivery is available to France, Germany, Republic of Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Italy, Spain, Luxembourg, Portugal and Denmark.
UK orders will be delivered between 9am and 5pm Monday - Friday. A signature will be required on delivery. If there is no-one in to sign for your delivery, our courier will leave a card with details of what happens next. Standard delivery normally takes 3 - 5 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. (Although we try our best to minimise any delays in our delivery service, unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery times.)
The Newgate Guarantee
The movements in all our clocks are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase, this does not include damage caused by misuse, tampering or battery leakage.
Returning a Product
We hope you will want to put up your Newgate clock as soon as you receive it, but if you need to return any part of your order please follow the instructions on the Returns Label included with your order. Orders must be returned within 30 days of receipt, in their original condition and packaging. Unfortunately we are not able to cover return postage. We recommend you obtain proof of postage when sending an item through the post, as we are not responsible for items which fail to reach us.
If you did not receive a Returns Label with your parcel please call our team on 01691 679994 or email email@example.com to request one. Please include your full name and order number when getting in contact.
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of our products within a period of 14 days, beginning on the day the item is delivered. If you wish to cancel an order please advise us of your desire to do so by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and including your full name and order number, or return your items via the method detailed in our returns policy. After notifying us of your wish to cancel an order you have 14 days to return the order to us. Unfortunately we are not able to cover return postage. We recommend you obtain proof of postage when sending an item through the post, as we are not responsible for items which fail to reach us.

Content on www.newgateclocks.com, including descriptions, information and imagery, is created to assist customers. We aim to make this information as accurate as possible, but cannot guarantee that information will be entirely without difference to the actual product. We work very hard to ensure that our product images are as accurate a representation of the product as possible, but some variation may occur. All display screens and computer monitors display colours slightly differently, so although we try to match colours as closely as possible, the colour that you see on screen may vary from the actual product colour. Any typographical errors identified will be amended as soon as possible.
In order to protect Newgate’s stylish products and designs we have many measures in place, including close association with a renowned firm of lawyers that handle any copyright infringement cases on behalf of Newgate.
