We hope you will want to put up your Newgate clock as soon as you receive it, but if you need to return any part of your purchase please follow the instructions on the Returns Label included with your order.
Orders must be returned within 30 days of receipt, in their original condition and packaging.
Unfortunately we are not able to cover return postage. We recommend you obtain proof of postage when sending an item through the post, as we are not responsible for items which fail to reach us.
If you did not receive a Returns Label with your parcel please call our team on 01691 679994 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to request one. Please include your full name and order number when getting in contact.
If you wish to cancel your order, you can call us on 01691 679994 or email us at email@example.com including your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to cancel. Unfortunately we are unable to cancel any orders once they are dispatched.
The movements in all our clocks are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase, this does not include damage caused by misuse, tampering or battery leakage.
Don’t worry, we won’t share your details with anyone else, although, we may use your email address to say hello once in a while. If you really don’t want us to, then just let us know (no hard feelings, promise!).
